This session runs from 1:00-4:00pm, Monday-Thursday. No camp on Friday.
Get ready to dig deep into the fascinating world of geology! During this rockin' week, campers will explore the rocks, minerals, and dynamic processes that shape our planet. Through hands-on investigations, they'll discover what rocks are made of, learn to identify different rock types, and dive into the rock cycle to understand how rocks transform over time. From sedimentary to igneous and metamorphic, campers will examine samples, conduct experiments, and start a unique rock collection of their own. We’ll also tour the Museum’s geology exhibits and take a closer look at Utah’s incredible natural formations. Join us for an unforgettable journey into the heart of Earth’s rocky wonders!
