Summer Field Trip Request - Afternoon Block

Capacity for Summer 2023 Field Trips is limited.

• Have less than ~30 students? Enter "1" press "CONTINUE" and fill in the information. 
• Have between 30-60 students? Enter "2" press "CONTINUE" and fill in the information.
• Have between 60-90 students? Enter "3" press "CONTINUE" and fill in the information.
• Have between 90-120 students? Enter "4" press "CONTINUE" and fill in the information.
• Have more than ~120 students? Your group will need to visit with part of the group in the morning and part in the afternoon or over multiple days. Please fill out requests for each time block you are interested in (i.e. morning and afternoon or two days).  

PLEASE NOTE: If your desired quantity is no longer available (e.g., you have 2 classes and there is only 1 class spot left), you may want to look at alternate dates because there is a high likelihood your request will not be able to be accommodated.
