About the Workshop

Caputo's most popular tasting class (Chocolate 101) gets a new pairing treatment: cheese! We think cheese is perfect for pairing with chocolate, and we’ll show you why. Learn what makes one chocolate “fine” and the other just “standard.” We'll taste through our favorite pairings to show just how impactful chocolate and cheese to be together. You'll leave with an arsenal of info to continue on your pairing journey as you encounter new chocolates and cheeses.
