Loose Leaf Tea & Tisanes 101

Attendees will learn the fundamentals of brewing and appreciating loose leaf tea. We will review tea history and origins, which will flow into a vibrant session of tasting using the traditional Chinese brewing method. We’ll discuss aroma, tasting notes and together discover the joyful presence and sensory delight brought when engaging with true tea.

This workshop is geared towards adults, however, most people can participate. Guests under the age of 10 will require a registered adult chaperone. To register email lhall@nhmu.utah.edu
