Let's Forage and Make Tarts

Learn how to make quick, simple, and delicious pitted fruit, fresh berry, and pine nuts tarts using locally-foraged ingredients and a dynamite, versatile shortbread crust recipe.  Discover where you can forage local fruits and pine nuts and learn how to get the most out of your backyard orchard.

 

This workshop is recommended for an audience 16 and above.  All workshop participants must pay the registration fee for workshop admission, regardless of age.

 

About the Instructor

Megan Mullineaux is a professional pastry chef who has worked in some of Utah’s finest restaurants, including: Trio, Radda, and The Aerie, and is the former executive pastry chef at the Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort.
