Cooking with Wild Plants Along the Wasatch Front
Presented by: Megan Bartley, Former Chef and Evolutionary Anthropologist
This workshop will focus on 3-4 local plants that can be found along the Wasatch Front. Together we'll explore where to find them, how to safely and sustainably forage, how to pair naturally occurring flavors, and how to use these plants at home.
This workshop is geared towards adults, however, most people can participate. Guests under the age of 10 will require a registered adult chaperone. To register email lhall@nhmu.utah.edu
