The Farm Box Fix: Cook It, Use It, Love It

Explore why local produce matters and how you can support local agriculture. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to create 1–2 simple, seasonal recipes while learning easy ways to use what you bring home. You’ll also learn about our fresh pickled and canned goods and how preserving can extend the life of your harvest. You’ll leave with fresh ideas, practical skills, and a deeper connection to your food and local farmers.
This workshop is geared towards adults, however, most people can participate. Guests under the age of 10 will require a registered adult chaperone. To register email lhall@nhmu.utah.edu
