BugFest Workshop: Beetle Boutique — DIY Elytra Earrings

Join us at the Natural History Museum of Utah for an exciting BugFest workshop!

Create stunning, iridescent earrings using real jewel beetle elytra (wings). A variety of charms and beads will be provided to personalize your designs, with options available for clip-ons and gauge-friendly styles. No prior jewelry-making experience is needed — just bring your creativity!

This is just one of many activities happening on August 8-9 at BugFest — a two-day, insect-themed festival in Salt Lake City. Admission to BugFest is included with these workshop fees! No other ticket is required.

• This workshop is open to all — adults and children are welcome! 
• Each participant must have their own workshop ticket, as one set of supplies will be provided per ticket holder.
• Children 10 and under must be accompanied by a chaperone. If chaperones are not also participating in the workshop, they will NOT need to register for the workshop; however, chaperones will still be required to purchase a ticket to BugFest.
