This unique program focuses on the important role chocolate has played in American history and also illustrates how its appeal has taken root in American popular culture. Guests will be treated to a sample of the 18th century drinking chocolate recipe, and learn all about the 18th century chocolate making process. The Lewes Historical Society (LHS), located in Lewes, Delaware, prides itself in currently being the only organization in Delaware that provides this interactive history lesson, and is excited to bring this lesson and sampling session to Utah!

Reminder: Museum admission is required for all workshop attendees. In addition to purchasing your workshop, we recommend you reserve general admission tickets online to arrive at least 30 minutes before your workshop commences.
