Summer Treats Go Herbal Workshop

Get the most out of your herb garden and discover how to incorporate some herbal flavors into your soon-to-be favorite summer treats.  Learn how to make Lemon Rosemary Popsicles, Basil Ice Cream, and Lavender Panna Cotta.  This workshop is ideal for beginning and experienced home cooks.

 

This workshop is recommended for an audience 16 and above.  All workshop participants must pay the registration fee for workshop admission, regardless of age.

 

About the Instructor

Megan Mullineaux is a professional pastry chef who has worked in some of Utah’s finest restaurants, including: Trio, Radda, and The Aerie, and is the former Executive Pastry Chef at the Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort.
