The Perfect Butter: How to Make it at Home

Presented by: Baylee Sorenson, Owner and Founder of Mountain Born Creamery

Join us for a workshop on how to make rich, flavorful butter at home. She’ll demonstrate her favorite small-batch butter-making method, share the tips and tricks she has refined over years of practice, and show attendees how to turn fresh cream into butter, ghee, compound butters, and sweet butters. Guests will sample several Mountain Born Creamery butters and leave with their own mason jar of Utah cream, plus a recipe card filled with tips and tricks to try it at home.

This workshop is geared towards adults, however, most people can participate. Guests under the age of 10 will require a registered adult chaperone. To register email lhall@nhmu.utah.edu
