We will use the scientific method to explore what changing variables like grind size and coffee dose does to impact taste in the cup. We will be tasting a series of similar coffee brews but with a chance to see the difference there may be in bitterness, sweetness or acidity.
This workshop is geared towards adults, however, most people can participate. Guests under the age of 10 will require a registered adult chaperone. To register email lhall@nhmu.utah.edu
