Summer Charcuterie Workshop

Taste your way through a variety of cured meats perfect for charcuterie boards and learn how to pair meat with other tasty food items, such as cheese, nuts, crackers, and olives. Use your new charcuterie knowledge and skills for an easy no-cook party pleaser at the next summer picnic.  

 

This workshop is recommended for an audience 16 and above.  All workshop participants must pay the registration fee for workshop admission, regardless of age.

 

About the Instructor

Heather Aagard spends most of her days dreaming and writing about cheese (glorious cheese) as Caputo's Social Media Content Manager, sharing her favorites as a Downtown Caputo's cheesemonger, and teaching about all things cheese and wine (or spirits) as an instructor. In other words, she's living the dream.
