Spice up your next summer soirée with a mocktail! Learn how to create signature syrups, custom shrubs, and magnificent garnishes. With the fresh flavors of local summer fruit and herbs as a base, we’ll build well-balanced alcohol-free beverages that are as appealing to the eyes as they are to the palate. Cheers!

 

This workshop is recommended for an audience of 16 and above.

 

About the Instructor

Award winning food, beverage and travel writer Darby Doyle covers the gamut of Utah’s gastronomic and natural wonders for the Utah Office of Tourism (visitutah.com), Park City Magazine, City Weekly and she writes the “Spirit Guide” column for Devour magazine. Darby’s a member of the Association of Food Journalists and the US Bartenders’ Guild.
